Lost Catia Hotkeys 2

Hello,
Well, i've use a lot of personal hotkeys. About one week ago, everytime I shutdown my computer and turn it on again I lose all my hotkeys, and i have to set it again everytime. I tried to delete my CATSettings folder, and it keep loosing those settings, so i don't know what to do. Anyone knows what is happening and how to fix it?
I'm using V5-R19 and V5-R22

Hi,

Well, for me is almost obviously that you (or your IT guy) installed both versions without taking in consideration that both releases are pointing to same folder (probably you don't have different environments). More details?

But it was working fine until last week, even with both versions installed. What kind of details do you need, i guess i can get it.

Sorry, I was a little bit unclear. Probably, your both CATIA releases catsettings are pointing to same folder. Can you check if you have to different folders (one for each release)? Otherwise, you can imagine that when you will open r22 will overwrite your r19 catsettings and vice versa.

I run three Catias with different folders for settings. Never came across hot keys issues. Move over backup every day ).

Well, they have the same folder pointed. But the thing is, it was working fine until last week. This whole week i didn't opened R22 by the way. Anyone knows where the hotkeys files are stored? Are they stored in the CATSettings folder? In this case, which file is that? I could backup everyday and restore it

Thanks guys, you were all right. The IT guy forgot to change the CATEnv settings, then R22 was overwriting R19 settings. Thank you for your help!
