Low cycle fatigue with Explicit?

Hi,

I need to model repeated impacts fatigue. Balls hit a surface with interval 1 sec, one after another. Damage begins after 200...10.000 hits.
A single impact is modelled with Abaqus Explicit. To model 5 impacts, i can make 5 steps, for instance.
But I can not use Low Cycle fatigue Step in Explicit.
How can I simulate Fatigue caused by Repeated Impacts?

Abaqus offers two special procedures for fatigue analyses: *Direct cyclic, fatigue and *Fatigue. However both can be used only in Abaqus/Standard simulations. So in order to solve repeated impact problem with Explicit you would have to simulate all impacts directly (with proper damage model). You can use restart capability for that.
Or perform fatigue analysis in fe-safe software from the same vendor. It supports results from Abaqus/Explicit analyses.
