Low cycle fatigue

I am looking for Eurocode where low cycle fatigue is described.
I have found only PN-EN 1993-1-9, but there are fatigue curves from 10^4 cycles. I guess this is not described yet.

Generally I will be glad to get fatigue curve (low cycle fatigue curve) for steel like 16Mo3 and S235/P235. It can be defined in stress-range-cycle no. or strain-range-cycle no. conditions.
