Low SNR PLL for carrier recovery

Hi All,

I am working on low SNR PLLs to recover QPSK signal. I'm using Matlab to simulate and I want to identify the performance of Costas loop and 4th power loop at low SNR. I found that johnwiss and jsolar members have discussed similar matter in (
