DEAR ALL
The below given is the user subroutine I have used to incorporate the phase transformation phenomenon after welding. The code runs fine without phase transformation effects. But when I incorporate the austenite and martensite values the results are not matching?
1.The residual stress becomes compressive and then goes tensile. After cooling it starts to become compressive. The behavior is correct but not the residual stress values and the distance from which the maximum stress to occur.
Actual:300Mpa at distance of 4mm from weld point
Mine:100Mpa after 20 mm
Can anyone help to correct the subroutine
