I need a materials for a small flexure with very low thermal conductivity that will survive +250C and have maximum strength. Also need to provide discharge path for static electricity and be machinable.
Suggestions please.
If it's dry and not for to long, I think glass and high surface area carbon black or stainless steel fibre filled heat stabilised nylon 4.6 could be OK

A 30% Carbon fibre filled PEEK has max service temp (air) of 340ºC. It will also be much more than static conductive. The thermal conductivity will be up (compared to unfilled) due to the carbon fibre - 0.92W/m-K
