Hello Everyone,
I have a problem with solution based of suspension bushing (rubber to metal; or rubber to plastic one) with requirement of high resistance against radial force (about 4,35kN) and very low torsional stiffness - or even slipping (I have to achieve torsional movement as low as possible).
I know that some companies are working on that kind of product (eg. Tenneco - Low Torque or Controlled Torque Product Line - Cleveblock Bushing, I am thinking of making product bonded to outer sleeve and sleeping of inner metal part. The problem with axial resistance appeared (axial force is about 1,75kN unfortunately). Would you like to help me with that problem? I am searching in the net - but it is not so easy to find the solution.
Thanks in advance for your assistance
Gregor
