Low Volume Santoprene Parts

I am looking for a US manufacturer that will injection mold two low volume Santoprene parts. Need a single cavity tool and parts pricing 0n 10, 250, 500, 1000 and 2500 pieces.

Any help in locating a manufacturer that does not mind doing thai kind of volume would be greatly appreciated.
