We have a new project in my plant,
a new production line need 800,000 Btu-h,
If we have 2-shifts 8-hors each on 5-days
results 32'000,000 Btu-h per week.

If we want to storage enough LP-Gas in a tank,
What size of the tank will require for the above mentioned
data consumptions?

Around 92,000 btu per gallon, so approx 350 gal/week, say 500 gallon tank required.

Oops, I think you the two shifts per day, so it closer to 700 gallons per week. Since you can only fill the tank to 80% full, it's closer to a 1000 gallon tank. Also, is the heat duty before or after the equipments thermodynamic effiency? If there is an 80% effient boiler, then you'll need a little more than a 1000 gallons.
