You get a qualified Pressure Vessel designer and fabricator to add one.

The vessel will probably need to be fully inspected and hydrostatic and need new certification.

If the original documentation is missing then this could be very difficult.

Look in the boiler and pressure vessel forum for previous answers.

E.g
Search add nozzle in that forum.

Remember - More details = better answers
Also: If you get a response it's polite to respond to it.

If you are requalifiying the tank you should follow the construction code, if you are doing a new nozzle I think you have to do a fitness for service procedure.

How old is your tank ?..... Run out to it and take a picture of the ASME nameplate with your cellphone ... then post it here, on this forum

I strongly suggest that you reconfigure your existing LPG pump suction piping to enable you to draw from an existing nozzle.

LPG BULLET tanks are typically very old, marginal containers of dubious pedigree ..... These were a "market commodity" sold and traded much like baseball cards.

I assume that you are adding a new nozzle to the tank bottom
