Dear Engineers

If LPG consumption is higher then LPG storage tank normal vaporisation , is pipe line is absorbing liquid?

No. If your consumption is LOWER than your vaporization, you could have a leak, but it will never be higher. Be it the flow rate out of your tank or your flow rate into your burner, one of your figures is incorrect. Your lines are likely made of either rubber, steel, or possibly copper, none of which absorb LPG or the vapors.

My question to you, what makes you think your consumption is higher? How are you measuring it?

I believe you would have a high level control in the vaporizer so that you would only let in as much liquid that is vaporized. And you will have a High High liquid level shut down if the liquid reached that HH level to close the inlet valve. Also there may be a need to reduce heat input to reduce vaporization rate in combination with reducing input flow. So you maintain constant level with level control and control vaporization rate with heat input.
