LY12 Aluminum?

Came across this alloy on a drawing being sent to a Chinese supplier?

Does this alloy have an analog or equivalent here in North America?

The reason I'm asking is that I can't find any dimensional stability characteristics for this material and will have to make a testing gauge using this flavor of aluminum.
