M10 8.8 flange hex head bolt with 13mm across flats

I was wondering if someone could help me find a spec for a bolt.
I am looking to replace a flange hex head bolt 8.8 but with 13mm across flats. I'm not sure if there is a spec for this or is it just manufacturer specific?
