Machine Foundations on SAP

Hi All,

I am trying to build a machine foundation model using Sap , I tried to look through the internet for document that talks about this subject but I only found this document

the file is very helpful but I wonder if some one here have any other documents or books about this matter

MohamedKhalil, that document appears to cover some modeling concepts based on a steel structure on piles supporting two pieces of vibrating equipment. Many foundations supporting vibrating machines are concrete blocks or pedestals, but the modeling concepts would be the same. Equipment CG weight and unbalanced loads are usually offset from the structure. Sinusoidal loading functions usually apply. You could run the analysis as a time history or steady state case.

What specifically are you having problems with?
