machining weartec ASSAB

Any one can help me??
i have dificulty taping and milling weartec material from assab.
i try using solid carbide tap and end mill coated with TiCN after 14 hole the tap broke and for about 200mm lenth the end mill cutter worn out?

I was reviewing the machining data from the below website. This material is tough to machine. Lower the cutting speed and increase your feed. This material probably work hardens also. Make sure the material is fully annealed.
