Hi, I'm trying to record a macro to modify our revision table that resides in our drawing template in the sheet environment. The macro is simple: change a column's attribute and then move its position, however, when I play the macro, nothing changes. What have I missed?
Thanks.

Unfortunately there are a lot of things that the macro recorder does not capture. You have probably happened upon one of them. You may still be able to manually create a macro to automate your task, but it will require learning one of the scripting languages and digging through the API documentation.

If you have not already, you might want to look at revision table templates. I do not know if you can modify existing drawings with them, but you can use them to get new drawings the way that you want them.

Thanks for your reply. I'm surprised considering the revision table is excel based, or at least it seems that way.
