Macro (script) that insert a text in a drawing by clicking anywhere

Hello,

I'm new to macros with CATIA and I was wondering if someone could help me by giving me tips on how to create a macro that will let me insert a text like "ONLY FOR INFO" diagonally, anywhere I want, simply by clicking on the drawing.

Maybe it already exists but I have been on this forum for ours withtout finding something that could help me...

Oh and please forgive my english, I am only French...
