Macro to populate revision table 1

A few days ago I ran across a macro on the web that would populate the revision table and corresponding custom properties. Does anyone know what site this may be?

Thanks for the quick reply, but that's not the one I'm after. It doesn't populate the custom properties or update the revision table correctly. It's placing the information in the title block.
