Macro to read solidworks features in catia

is ther any macros written in VBA to read solidworks documents as features in CATIA?

You want to open SW within CATIA? There is a CATIA forum that may help more.
Try saving as a .stp file then open in CATIA.

To answer your original question ... It is VERY unlikely anyone will have a "macro" in VBA or any other language to interpret SW features into Catia. Reliable translation between CAD systems is big business.
