Magnetic Permability of Stainless Steels

has anyone got a list of stainless grades and their approximate magnetic permability?

Usually manufacturer spec sheets contain the info. But be warned, product form and thermo-mechanical history can change the values a lot.
In general, all of the 200 and 300 series alloys should be fully non-ferromagnetic (perm <1.05) when annealed. Many of these grades become rather magnetic when cold worked. Welds are also magnetic.
There are a few grades that stay non-magnetic when cold worked, one example is 219.
The duplex and ferritic grades are so magnetic that it really isn't an issue.
