could you plz informe me how can protection oil transportation line from the corrosion and other problems like bactria and scale deposition when that line off production for long period of time (more than one year) in addition the line about 700km 36"

Run a pig through the pipeline to clear the pipeline of oil.

Purge the pipeline with nitrogen gas.
