Hi everybody,

I would like to know what must be included or not in reports concerning three "maintenance issues" - oil analyzis, thermography, vibration analyzis. I don't have any maintenance experience and I haven't never seen this kind of reports, hence I don't know exactly what kind of information must be included or not in these reports.

Can anyone give me some instructions or send me some reports as examples where I can see the most common information for these issues?

Tks

You should strive to collect all information relating to the oil, thermal gradients, and vibration issues.

If possible, I would suggest utilizing some local resources who have experience and can guide you in the direction towards a successful implementation. Software like the AMS Machinery Manager from Emerson have the capabilities to do the requested information but the success is based on proper implementation and buy in from management and personnel. Fluke and Flir have Thermal Imagining Software, oil analysis can be completed through agreements with suppliers, and vibration requires trained professionals. All of these require information from trained professionals.

Try Googling with the correct spelling of analysis.
