Hello all,
My manager and i were talking today and he remembered that in the past he kind of worked with valves (spring loaded type to automatically close) for maintenance purposes on LPG tanks.
He said that those valves involves a full or half threaded coupling and includes a spring loaded to automatically shut off the valve in a case of a incident and wants to remove the damaged accessory without emptying the tank.
Any idea of what kinda couplings/vales is he talking about?
Plus the valves are internal and not external.
They are basically a disk + springs + threaded coupling for threaded connection welded on tank shell.
Thanks!

Detailing is a hobby,

Google the "deadman" valve which may be one as described.
Good luck.

what are you wainting ?, ask your manager.

Regards.

Sounds like you are looking for internal valves which are required on all LP outlets. See Marshall Excelcior products.
