Maintenance Pack for NX 7.5.3.5 1

Hola!

According to the most recent maintenance pack's readme file, the new MP is for all versions of NX 7.5.3. However, near the bottom under Windows Update Instructions it states that "Version NX 7.5.3.5 must be installed before updating to version NX 7.5.3.5.mp01".
As near as I can tell, there is no 7.5.3.5. The most recent one at the FTP server is ver 7.5.3.3 released on 2011-03-17. Hoping it's just a typo, and the the mp itself will bump my version of NX to 7.5.3.5 after it's run, I tried the mp update anyways (my current version was 7.5.3.3).
After the updating, I got the "A-Okay" that everything went well, but after checking "About NX" I'm still running 7.5.3.3, BUT looking in system info I'm told it's now version 7.5.3.3 MP1 20Apr11.

TL;DR
Is version NX7.5.3.5 a typo? Should it read 7.5.3.3 MP1?

Yes, that appears to be a typo. I'll notify our support people and get them to correct the documentation.

How many UG/NX7.5 version exist? What is the difference among them?

The current release is NX 7.5.4.4, which was a mainteance release delivered in June of this year. There will also be a 7.5.5.x before the end of the year, again a maintenance release with NO enhancements.

I was told that NX8 will be available in October, so in about 1 month?!!!!!!!!

Is there any "What's New" or other type of documentation for NX8? What are the key advancements we should be expecting for Modeling, Assemblies, Simulation, etc etc...

There will be when we get closer to releasing the software. That being said, it's safe to say that NX 8.0 will be seen as a very significant release in many respects with enhancements across virtually all areas of NX, including Modeling, Drafting, Simulation, Programming Tools, etc. Even User Documentation got a face lift and bunch of improvements in presentation, appearance and functionality, including more use of multimedia and a totally new 'search engine' which actually makes finding what you're looking for practical and very fast.

Question? I want to have a scripyt (ot whatever) that when I hit file new that forces the users to fill in the material, file name, etc tect that will use a template file that includes the drawing sheets (not using master model)...
