Can anyone send me to a site online that has step-by-step maintenance procedures for HVAC equipment.

We are needing to develop these at our plant site and I can't believe there is not a site online that has many of these things already detailed. I am hoping to find some that are substantially done and adapt them to our specific needs at our plant.

Thanks

What about the O&M manuals from the manufacturers? These are usually available online.

I am looking for something like this. I actually have this done in a spreadsheet so it looks different:

PM for DX System

1. Risk assessment and verify permits.
2. Confirm Equipment ID Numbers.
3. Visual and audible inspection of unit operation.
4. PERFORM LOTO!
5. Obtain CSE if required.
6. Replace air filters: Pinch points, sharp edges, head knockers.
7. Inspect and washdown coils and drain pan
Hazards: Pinch points, sharp edges, head knockers and non-hazardous confined space.
8. PM Evaporator Fan assembly: replace belts, check drive, lubricate bearings, check motor, inspect fan and fan cabinet.
Hazards: Pinch points, sharp edges, head knockers and non-hazardous confined space.
