Maintenance time table

Dears,
I looking for your help for following issue :-
When I need to replace bearing or impeller or overhaul pump it need time so I looking for tables which describes time taken for maintenance rotating and reciprocating equipment to make measurement as benchmarking for evaluate labor skills.etc.

Is the pump 1kW or 1000kW,end-suction, HSC, vertical, single stage or multi-stage?
Is it in for planned maintenance or has it been flogged to death.
Too many variables involved.
Best bet is to actually undertake some repairs and then review what happened, how long it took look at methods used etc. and come up with an estimate for repair time for future maintenance.

Thank you, actually I looking basic table for different type and size of equipment to generate general overview for time require to do any task on the equipment.
I am agree with you it depend on many variables, I just looking for basic table under certain conditions.

IMO, one "basic" table can become too complicate if to include "many" variables, and it may not be practical. Consider to separate the work into several systems based on the process criticality, equipment size, material availability, repair schedule, cost, etc. And then, develop the required procedures for each system.
