I was invited to bid on a MAJOR UNDERPINNING job in DC. I do about 1 underpinning job per month but the scope of this job is beyond my experience level. I still want to go after the job. I want to hire someone to sort-of coach me and peer review my drawings. I am looking for PEINC. I figured I might reach them sooner by writing this thread than sending an email to their company admin.
PEINC: I have learned alot from you just by reading your responses in this forum. Would you be willing to peer review my work? Please let me know what you would charge for this service and I will wrap it into my fee proposal. I am not looking to transfer liability to you in any way. I just want to learn and you seem like a great teacher.
