Making Capital Letters The Default Setting

Using Catia V5R19;

I would like to make all Catia’s default text setting to be in “CAPITAL” letters, Is there a way to overwrite the default system?

Ex: Instead of this "Section view A-A", I want this "SECTION VIEW A-A" automatically.

Any response will be greatly appreciated!

Yes you can change the content of CATView.CATnls in
Dassault Systemes\Bxx\intel_a\resources\msgcatalog\

Thanks PeterGuy, but how do you edit the settings, Is it by going through the CATIA/TOOLS/STANDARDS procedure, or with a regular text editor?

regular text editor, I would use a good one such as notepad++ to ensure the correct line end characters are used as I am not sure if CATIA cares about LF or CRLF in its nls files
