Making Text a Sketch using VB

Does anyone know how to convert text into a sketch in VB? I need to do the same thing as the insert - text profile command when in sketch mode using VB.

AFAIK you have to get the text as outline but I don't know
at the mo how to get this in VB, maybe you have to use one of the Win API functions to do that and have to create a Paint()
sub in your VB program to get it out proper
