Manual (Block) Valve Training Resources

My background is in Safety-Relief Valves. I have been conducting training on Pressure Relief Valve repair for over 20 years. However, recently I have been asked to develop training for reapir of Manual Valves (Gate, Globe & Check) and Control Valves (including actuated 1/4 turn). I am seeking resources for training classes or materials to use for development. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
