Dear all,

For mixing high viscous fluids we are looking for manufacturers of mixing tanks with double helix type agitators. (Or ribbon type agitatos).

These type of agitators have two helixes, one near tank wall pushing the mixture up and one around the agitator axis (a scroll pushing the stuff down). This way one could get very good axial mixing.

Can anybody help to find manufactures?

Many thanks,

(Yes I know Google, but maybe you know more than Google?)

Come back with a little more information as to the size needed.

Is this in a sealed vessel and needs a seal?

What is the material of construction needed?

Just remember who supplied our prime movers for 16 double helix mixers. These are 48" dia. x 60" long SS with shaft seal operating at 250 psig @ 600°F.
Our mixers were built onsite in our shop or a local fabricator. Theirs looks like ours. Chemineer only supplied the motor and gearbox
