Manufacturers/Installers of Plastic Lined Pipe

I am working on a piping design project that requires plastic lined carbon steel pipe. We are considering both kynar and HDPE linings, but will likely go with HDPE due to the lower cost. I need to bid the project out to at least three manufacturers and three installation contractors.

I have been able to identify four manufacturers of kynar-lined pipe (Resistoflex, PSI, Kefco, and Fusibond) but only two that also make HDPE-lined pipe (Kefco and Fusibond). Are you aware of other manufacturers of HDPE-lined pipe?

Also, I have only been able to identify one local contractor with experience installing plastic-lined pipe. Are you aware of other experienced contractors?
