Marina gate

I'm looking for examples, information, manufacturers, on any sort of marina gate. Sort of a lock system.

This would be for an approximately 80 foot wide open/close gate system that would allow the water in the marina bay area to be held to a higher elevation than the water in an adjoining river during winter months.

The gate would be closed in the winter and opened up again in the spring - probably holding about a 5 to 7 foot differential of water.

Any ideas or sources for something like this?
