Does anyone know how much it might cost to take up about an hour of a marine construction engineer's time. I want to show how something could be done (quite easily, relatively speaking) but is a little tricky in the explanation. I have already tried to outline my thoughts to someone over the phone and by post and have found it impossible to do it that way. I am looking for someone in the Leeds/York area.
Thank you.

Around a $100 an hour, some as high as $150. Some have a minimum of 8 hours.
