Mark Forums Read does not mark forums read

On several occasions, I've marked forums read, the display goes to the home page, I switch to my Watched Forums and posts from an hour before I Mark Forums Read still show new, and still show new after refreshing page.

Only when I Mark Forums Read again do the "New" badges go away
