Mark up tool in model or drawing 1

Hi

Is it possible to mark some face or feature with description in part, assembly and 2d drawing.

I would like to note down the references of some feature which should not printable.

Like mark up tool in pdf.

If you have 2019 or 2020 it comes with a markup tool.
