Mass properties are incorrect

Good Evening everyone,

I have a very weird/stupid problem. I just checked the mass properties of a part (a beam construct) and its not even half the weight it should be (not even half of the weight of the construct the model is based on) I expected it to be a bit different/lower but not to that extend. I checked the materials and the geometry multiple times and that should not be the issue. Does any one know other reasons, why the mass properties could be so different?

[FEA way]

Make sure that all parts have sections and densities properly assigned. Abaqus will calculate mass properties even if some parts are missing this data (but it will display a warning).
