material compitability

good day everyone,

the majority of our piping systems are API 5l gr.B, and i am selecting an access fitting assembly to be welded on some locations. i have to choose between two types of materials (A105 and A350 FL2) as supplied by the providing company.

what would be the most appropriate type to be choosed?

Use a copy of the ASTM specifications to compare chemical compositions and mechanical properties. Can't speak to suitability without more data on these systems.

Use guidance from ASME B31.3 or other similar piping code.
