1. is definitely a 99% Al grade like AA 1100 (UNS A91100). The F12 indicates the rolling temper, which would be similar to the H14 or H24 temper. If this is sheet/plate, then you can specify 1100-H14 or 1100-H24 (UNS A91100) according to ASTM B209M.
