Please advise me for which type of material and products ( plate, welded pipe, SMLS pipe, forged fitting,wrought fitting,...) HIC test is required in wet sour service process?

API 5L X grade pipe made from plate (ERW & SAW) should be HIC tested in wet sour service.

Seamless pipe and air cooled/normalized non-enhanced strength grades of plate are typically not HIC tested.

I agree that more information is needed if you want a meaningful response from this forum, but I suggest you use the NACE website to search for information related to HIC. I plugged "HIC" into the search field and got lots of hits on the NACE site. see

Also, are you only interested in HIC? Have you already considered the possibility of sulfide stress cracking?
