A PQR qualified using a 304L grade of material which is a P-N° 8 would be qualified to weld all P-N° 8 Materials which would include the materials you have listed but also others.

The qualified range of a PQE should be based on the Materials P-N° not a specific material.

Thanks for your comments.
regarding P-N°, P-N° 8 will be for 321, 316L, 309 and 304L.
For INCOLOY 800 and INCOLOY 825 P-N°45 ?
For INCONEL 600 P-N° 43 ?

What about welding filler metals. there is no grouping difference. We are using 316L, 309L, 347 or 625

316L, 309L, 347 are in F6 for bare wire or flux cored wire and F5 for coated electrodes. 625 (E/ERNiCrMo-3)is F43.
