We performed PMI test onto surface of insulation ring. The chemical composition is per follow.
1. Cr: 0.06
2. Cu: 0.4864
3. Μn: 0.672
4. Μο: 0.0269
5. Νi: 0.1883
6. Sn: 0.0063
7. V: 0.0196

We replace the above ring with the new one. Could we order a ring 16Mo3 material?

Um, what are the units your PMI spits out? Is there some other element (iron? Aluminum?) that makes up the bulk, and these are percentages?

You say it's an insulation ring, so that makes me think it's an aluminum- or silicon-oxide ceramic, none of which species would show up in an XRF PMI device.

Send a sample to a metallurgical lab for proper material identification.
That is the ONLY option as it seems you do not have previous purchase orders / MTCs / other documents that could indicate the original material for the insulation rings.
