Material of Construction for Electrical Panels

I'd like to have a better understanding when specifying the Material of Construction (MOC) of panel boards. Also what are advantages/disadvantages of the below MOC.
1) Galavanized sheet steel
2) Carbon steel
3) FRP
4) GRP
5) Copper free Aluminum
