Material Part Disposition Codes

Does anyone know if you can configure Teamcenter to allow an engineer to apply "multiple" part disposition codes against a part on a Change Notice? For example the part may have parts in stock that need to be reworked and parts in the field that need rework. I have some programmers trying to use the "impacted items" area of the CN to be able to use this application. Any suggestions on how to configure Teamcenter to accommodate part disposition codes?
