Any help to find T-P range of the following tade material names:
LTCS (low temperature CS)
KCS (Killed CS)

I have a little background about the material properties and selection in general as my field is not much related to such interesting area.

Any help is appreciated

LTCS (which is also likely to be KCS only) and KCS can be used up to 427 deg. C, speaking in general. When using at temperatures higher than this, you have to be aware that graphitization may take place and flaking occurs.

There is nothing called T-P (I presume you mean temperature-pressure) range. While selecting the material in a pressure construction, you must know the allowable stress value at your design temperature. The allowable stress values are provided in ASME Sec. II D. If you refer to the Notes given against the stress values, you will also see a cautionary note about use at high temperature.
You can check stress values for SA516 Gr 70 which is KCS.
