Material Type 3b on MR0174/ISO-15156 Part 3

Hi,
I need help to find a specific material to suit the Material Type 3b.
Can anyone be kind to provide me some reference on this?

I'd been refering to Table D.2, but it didn't say which material is for 3a and which material is for 3b.

I will be grateful for any help.

If you look at the definition of '3b,' it is Fpren > 40. Now look at Table D.2, and focus on the penultimate column.
