Well, I could arguably design a vessel using 516-70 for a design pressure of 5000 psi and a design temperature of 1000°F.

But seriously, you really need to get in touch with somebody who knows what they are doing. Your question is so lacking in information (and I'm presuming "SA-516-7" is a typo) that it demonstrates a terrible lack of comprehension as to what is involved in the mechanical design of vessels.

I just want know the Maximum temperature and Pressure for SA 516 grade 70. I need this information cause I want compare to my Temperature and Operation design.
Thanks.

Please, contact with a (mechanical) pressure vessel engineer.

You obviously do not have access to ASME B&PV Code book sections. If you do, the maximum design temperature for this material is provided in ASME Section II, Part D, the maximum pressure will be based on design by rules in Section VIII, Div 1 or other, design by analysis in Div 2 or 3.
