Materials Nozzles Exceeding Temperature Limits on Refractory Lined Tanks

Please give me some guidance I have a vessel that is refractory Lined tank and the nozzle is not lined it is carbons steel A105/A106, The CS exceeds the material limitations by more than 30%
our temp is seeing 1650°F,
We are using
Bolting – assuming that flanges are not insulated:
1. ASTM A320 Gr B8 Cl. 1 w/ A194 Gr. 8 Nuts Max Temp: 1500°F (ensure the carbon content is 0.04 or higher for temperature above 1000°F and calculations are made for leakage)
2. SB-572 Alloy N06002 Annealed, OR B572 Alloy R30556 Annealed Max Temp: 1650°F
Gaskets
1. Lamons Gasket: Class 150 Kammpro LP-3 310SS Mica 310SS GR
OR
2. Teadit Gasket: TerMica 1863

Its been in service for many years and we are replacing some instrument connections.
I have concerns re the material
