Max. Allowable Service Temperature of A312 304H 1

Dear All,

What can be the maximum allowable service temperature for A312 SS 304 H pipe?

if not readily available, Where can I refer it?

Check with ASME Section II, Part D. The maximum service temperature is 1500 deg F.

I checked ASME VIII part D. it specifies max applicable temps.under 04 categories I, III, VIII-1 & XII. Should I understand that these categories are nothing but ASME sections.

I asked this question because temps given under different categories are different 800 F and 1500 F.

I considered 1500 F because it falls under category VIII-1.

Am I right ?
