I am compressing a hyperelastic material in a 2D plane strain quasi-static model. When I view my strain results, my maximum principal logarithmic strain equals the negative of my minimum principal logarithmic strain. Not sure why this occurred since Poisson's ratio is assumed .5 not 1. Any suggestions??
